INCORPORATION AND HISTORY 

Founded with a mission to provide high-quality education and training services, our establishment focuses on Academic, Technical and Vocational Education and
Training (TVET), industrial training, and professional skills certification. Education
and training are crucial drivers of national transformation, propelling countries from middle-income to high-income status by enhancing productivity and human capital development. Our aim is to strengthen the private education services sector by boosting private consumption and investment, while also expanding the export of educational services.

Our origins date back to 2002 when we began as an Approved Training Provider
accredited by the Department of Skills Development (DSD), under Malaysia’s
Ministry of Human Resources, operating under the name M.E.A Technology Centre Sdn. Bhd. (MEATECH). Over the years, we have undertaken numerous challenging projects, accumulating valuable expertise and experience in TVET. Our training programs have produced a significant number of mechanics, operators, and technicians, all of whom have made meaningful contributions to various industries and the economic success of our company.

In 2009, our management team successfully completed a buyout, acquiring 100% of the equity interest in Kolej Darul Iman Sdn. Bhd., which was later renamed Kolej Meatech Sdn. Bhd. Today, the company operates as a commercial college, offering pre-university, matriculation, undergraduate, and postgraduate programs, as well as educational consultancy services.

Since then, we have expanded into academic programs accredited by the Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) in specialized fields. Our focus includes Aerospace and Aviation Technology, particularly in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) and Aerospace Support Services, as well as Transportation and Logistics Technology, with a specialization in Air Cargo. Through these efforts, we continue to contribute to the growth and development of skilled professionals in these critical industries.
